When you open a new window or tab, Beyond Compare displays the Home view:
From the Home view, you can:
•Start a new comparison session of any type
•Open one of your previously saved sessions
•Open an auto-saved session
•Search for a session
•Manage the settings for your saved sessions
•Edit the default settings to use for new sessions
You can also drag and drop files or folders from a file manager such as Windows Explorer onto this view to compare them. Drag and drop onto one of the large buttons to start a session of that specific type.
